A Healthier Me.... at Least this week! :-/

Good Morning and Happy Monday

I woke up on Saturday vowing to myself that eating healthier is going to be a must.  Especially for my little humans ( my 2 daughters)  for the past several months I have been eating a lot of sugar and starch with out any regrets.  I just gobble it all down as if I am 12 years old again, no cares in the world.  Cakes, Hoagies, chips, cookies, ohh and of course pizza! Yeah Baby!

I am still young, however I'm not getting younger.. ya know what I mean?  I just realized that in order to stay sexy. I need to preserve it.  My sexy. Ha  tooting my own horn.

So these are a few things that I simply incorporated into my diet this weekend just to feel better about myself and to get started.

Started with some bland Oatmeal on Saturday morning and refused to eat it without something sweet. Decided on slicing up some fresh apple, also noticed I had some raisin on top of the fridge and boom a healthier me!
Fruit Veggie Smoothie

Moving right along...  now that I got some oat's in my system I now qualify to be a professional nutritionist.. don't hate!
I said to myself.. SELF!?!  Lets make a smoothie
