Let me just get right into the reason for this post.... Erykah Badu is one of my favorite artist.

She just seems like a down to earth, real, sister, mother, and a woman who knows how to work hard

who is focused and knows how to work toward  a dream,

while overcoming personal obsticles and mountains.

I don't know her personally of course

However the lyrics in her music speaks volumes

and I always say that an artist that writes her own poetry and musical lyrics with such conviction
and zest

reflects his/her true and personal life experiences which is why I say

she must have gone thru a lot of personal triumphs, climbed some tall mountains

jumped over some tall barriers

but like a lot of us woman.. still presses on to grind and

do what she do - produce good music.

her voice is unique and her range is bannanas.

 I rave about this womans talent, gifts and anointing

and her real natural beauty. 

 

She appears to be a deep sister who thinks a lot.

She is different and not afraid to be who she is.

I respect this

So Kudos to one of my favorite Artist
