Good morning beautiful people..... I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend.

My weekend started Great.. I truly can not complain.

Saturday I went to lunch with a dear friend and then a walk to the park

topped with great conversation....

Then I took my Little Girl to Barnes and Noble so I can purchase my Mother's Day Gift to myself

and a couple of books for her as well.

This is my book of choice... I saw this book listed in Essence Magazine' book review.... and of course I had to get it... as soon as I'm done reading it I will give my reviews.....

Sunday was Awesome too.

My girls cooked breakfast... waffles, eggs, sausage and cheese grits...

it was so yummy... They made Momma Proud!  They have cooking skills for sure!

They really made my day....  and Later my family and I went out for dinner...

It was an awesome weekend.

We decided to live a little on the wild side and attempt to grow some indoor herbs on our kitchen window seal.

Cilantro, Basil and Parsley

So far so good!!!

They're looking good so far....
