Motivation for this week.

Good Morning everyone... I need all the motivation I can get.  Over the weekend I was thinking about all the things that will help me stay motivated,  here is my list of things that help me stay motivated.... So It doesn't matter what it is.. it can be starting a new business to losing weight
We all need a little Motivation!
Have an Awesome Monday!


1.   Exercise first thing in the morning. Believe me -  just a quick 15 - 30 minutes in the morning
       sets the tone of my day

2.   Don't wait for someone to motivate you. Speak things into being and
      encourage yourself.

3.  Maintain a positive outlook

4.   Keep a journal and list your goals.

5.   Avoid people who discourage you.

6.   Focus on little goals.

7.   Tell yourself, you are setting an example for your kids,
       friends and family... you don't want to let them down.

8.   Think about the benefits, not the difficulties

9.   Realize it's ebb and flow.... Motivation is not constant. It's not always with you....it comes
      and goes like the tides...But remember it always comes back. So when you are in a  
      slump remember the high tide is coming back.  Stick it out!

10.  Squash the negative thoughts - and encourage yourself

11.  Post your goals, print them out, right them down... just a few words and post them onto your
       computer.  1 or 2 small goals

12.  Keep the big picture in mind...the end result will be great.

13.  Break down your goal into small chunks

14.   Act inspite of your negative feelings

15.  Accept your negative feelings as natural

16.   Get some like minded friends!  Odds are with you when you are associated with positive
        friends.

17.   Pray and meditate...
