A little Healthier...
I really need to treat myself and body better... I mean, over the holiday, I am sure I gained 10 pounds
There was a time when working out was routine for me. 3-4 times a week. When I say work out I don't mean anything intense... just the basic power walk... light jog, light weights and my best friend the elliptical. This easy routine along with occasional at home work out DVD's worked wonders!
So.... Here I am trying to motivate myself again to jump back on the wagon!
I noticed when I work out... My day is much better, I look better, my energy and mood are phenomenal! However the hardest part is getting started. My goal is a mere 15 pounds...and toning... we shall see what happens in the next.. 2 months... wish me luck!
