I hope everyone had a nice weekend. I personally tried my best to relax this weekend, I didn't want to tie myself up into a lot of errands. So my daughter and I entertained a friend, caught a movie & we took a long walk, we also window shoped, listened to music, and ate icecream... these simple things made us happy and helped us to relax... we indulged & destressed!
Here are some more great ways to Indulge.....
Indulge in a walk with nature. walking outside especially in the fall season
can boost anyones mood.
Play and listen to your favorite song over and over again (repeat)
Have you ever noticed new details about a song each time you listen to it
or maybe that only happens to me. hahaha...
Enjoy a glass of wine. Relax, Savor and Enjoy each sip...
Indugle yourself - go on... Pet a dog!
Seriously.... petting or having contact with a friendly animal gives you pleasure and
increases a good mood.
Even when we feel a little blue...force a smile. Smiling is a mood booster.
People react better to us when we look happy.
Smiling gives good vibes.
Read or participate in something inspirational. A good book or a short inspirational Article.
Or maybe participate in church
Indulging ourselves in prayer.. is always good.
Pamper yourself with a long hot bubble bath...
Ahhhh Yesss Indeed......
