Benefits of the wedged shoe:
Just my opinion...
They offer durability, even when scratched and scuffed they still look good, and they age well.
A heeled shoe is always classy, but undeniably, a wedged shoe adds a different look, a fun and relaxed look.
Since they offer more support to your whole foot versus the regular heeled shoe - I think it's safe to say... they are more Comfortable.
I really like wedged shoes...

I don't currently own any, but I would love to change that situation. I really like the wedged short boots that are in style right now.
