Banana Chocolate Chip Bread!!!!

Hello and Happy Monday!

I have been thinking about baking banana bread all weekend. However I wasn't sure
if I would have the time to actually bake.
Between taking my little one to music lessons
and running many errands
I finally stole some time on Sunday evening to relax with
my girls and
get started with trying this recipe
for
Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
and Although I took it out of the oven too soon
It came out delicious!!!
Toot Toot!!

By the way, I adore these loaf pans.  I
picked them up at a thrift shop for a mere $5. Awesome right??

okay I took it out of the oven a little too soon - I was really concerned - but it's all good.
back into the oven it went!
 I will admit that
this Banana Chocolate Chip Bread came out tasting
SOOOO GOOOOOD

SLAMMIN!!!
SUCCESS
Here is the quick easy recipe... I hope I remember everything...
Ingredients:
 2 cups of flour
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
pinch of salt
about 3-4 tablespoons of softened butter

(between you and me... I didn't measure anything)

Now this is what you do:  pre heat oven to 350 degrees - in a large mixing bowl, combine - butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
add eggs, baking soda, and powder. mix well. I used an electric bea. Now start adding flour.  mix until nice and smooth. with spoon start to fold in your Semi Sweet chocolate Chips until they are incorporated eve . Pour into a butter and floured loaf pan. spread evenly.
and bake for 40 min or until brown. (use a toothpick to test)
let cool and slice!

That is all

BON APPETIT!!!

Thank you for stopping by
&
Have a Wonderful Monday
Muah!!!
